TURKPATENT has updated its online registry database

Turkish Patent and Trademark Office (TURKPATENT) has updated its online registry databases for trademarks and designs.

With the recent update, the users will be able to view the Articles of the Law which constitute the grounds for the first-instance and appeal decisions, being the ex-officio actions or opposition proceedings, and the trademarks associated with these grounds.

The users will also be able to see the priority data of the trademark and design cases in the online registry tool. The priority data will include the priority country, priority number and priority date.

TURKPATENT has also changed obsolete expressions used for the invalid trademarks with Turkish expressions currently in use.
