- Benelux (BX) designation covers Belgium, Luxembourg and Netherlands (Kingdom of the).
- European Union (EM) designation covers its 27 Member States (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden).
- OAPI (OA) designation covers 17 African states (Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Congo, Côte d’Ivoire, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Senegal, Togo).
- United Kingdom (GB) designation covers England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, the British Overseas Territory of the Falkland Islands (Malvinas) and Gibraltar, as well as the Isle of Man and Jersey.
