UYAP

National Judiciary Informatics System is a centralized digital platform that enables the electronic management of judicial processes in Türkiye. It was developed and is operated by the Turkish Ministry of Justice to ensure efficient coordination among courts, public prosecutors, enforcement offices, and other judicial units.

Through UYAP, legal procedures such as filing cases, submitting documents, tracking files, and managing hearings can be carried out electronically. Lawyers and citizens can access case information, submit applications, and monitor proceedings online, improving accessibility and transparency.

The system is integrated with the e-Government Gateway, allowing users to access judicial services securely through a unified digital interface. This integration enhances efficiency, reduces administrative burdens, and accelerates judicial workflows.

UYAP is a key component of Türkiye’s digital transformation in the justice sector, contributing to a faster, more transparent, and more accessible legal system.
