Turkish Industrial Property Valuation, Engineering and Consultancy Services Inc. (TÜRKSMD) was established in 2018 by a Council of Ministers decision as a subsidiary of the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office, with the aim of supporting the development of the industrial property ecosystem in Türkiye.

TÜRKSMD operates primarily in the valuation and commercialization of intangible assets such as patents, utility models, and trademarks. In this context, the company provides services including IP portfolio analysis, licensing strategies, technology transfer, and financial valuation.

With its experienced and specialized team, TÜRKSMD delivers comprehensive consultancy services to industrial property stakeholders, helping transform intellectual property rights into economic value.
