Article 3 - Persons to benefit from protection
The following shall benefit from protection of this Code;
a) Citizens of Republic of Türkiye,
b) Natural or legal entities domiciled or engaged in industrial or commercial activities within the borders of Republic of Türkiye,
c) Persons who have the right of application according to the Paris Convention or Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization,
ç) Pursuant to the principle of reciprocity, persons who are nationals of states that grant industrial property right protection to persons who are nationals of the Republic of Türkiye,
